I loved exploring local eats like Brothers Pizza and La Hacienda Bar & Grill—total flavor bombs! Plus, the staff was super friendly and the comfy mattresses made it feel like home. Can't beat that combo!
But I wasn’t on board with the security deposit hassle and the bug spottings in the room left me uneasy. Not to mention those burn holes in the bedspread? Who’s keeping tabs on cleanliness here?

Plaza Inn & Suites had a nice lobby layout and updated decor in the rooms. The mattresses were comfy, making for a restful sleep. Breakfast by the pool felt unique and added a nice touch. However, the bathroom fan didn't work well, which was frustrating. The location was convenient. easy to explore Hagerstown. Staff members were friendly, which made a lasting impression. Despite the positive aspects, the security deposit hassle annoyed me, and I noticed a bug in my room, raising concerns about cleanliness. Burn holes in the bedspread were another drawback.

missingWrote a review on Jul 19indoor poolconvenient locationpoor breakfast
The indoor pool provided a refreshing way to unwind after a long day. Located conveniently for quick access to the town's attractions, making it a decent spot for sightseeing.
The breakfast setup fell flat. just a small fridge holding a half gallon of milk and some basic cereal options, lacking any real substance like eggs or fresh fruit. Room amenities felt outdated, like the bathroom faucet having low water pressure, and the bed linens showed signs of wear with some burn holes present. A tiny coffee maker sat unused due to missing coffee packs, and the curtains didn’t block out much light for a good night's sleep. Also, the bathroom had an off smell that lingered.

Sketchy vibes and falling apart
So, we booked a room for a night and wow, what a mess. The place smelled like smoke and weed, and our non-smoking room was no better. The curtains were barely hanging on, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Additionally, the bed was cozy, but overall, not worth the hassle.
